TPAR error message

Hello

I am currently trying to prepare the TPAR file for lodgement and I keep getting the following error:

Error.

An error occurred while processing your request or the page you last visited does not exist any more. Please return to the dashboard.

Can you please advise how to fix this so I can process the TPAR file and lodge to ATO.

    Hi @Robs

    Can you please go into your supplier profiles and check if they have any duplicate addresses listed in their details. For example if the business & postal address is that same.

    If they do, please remove any duplicates and then retry the TPAR.

    We're currently looking into instances of this error related to the addresses in supplier profiles.

    Thank you for your response - it was a time consuming task - however when completed I did manage to produce the TPAR file after this long process of updating the address duplicates.

    Hi, I am having the same issue, however I have removed all duplicates and the error message is still appearing.

    Hi Keri,

    If you've already taken care of the duplicate addresses in the supplier profiles then another recommendation would be to take a look at the 'Organisation Name' field in the supplier profiles as well.

    If they are missing an Organisation Name, enter one in then retry the TPAR report.

    Yes I had followed all the suggestions above. I'll review the Organisation Name field as well.

    Sorry Rav, do I need to check every supplier or only those that are TPAR?

    Hi Rav,

    All suppliers that are TPAR reportable have both display and organisation names

    Not sure what to do now.

    Hmmm ok, do you actually have any suppliers that aren't subject to TPAR who are missing an Organisation Name?

    Sorry to ask this but if there are any missing an Org Name enter that in and then retry the TPAR creation.
