Payroll schedule employees

Is it possible to create the new pay run with only the employees from the previous payrun. I have employees who are still officially employed but not working and every week I have to delete them from the new pay run

    Hi Kris,

    No unfortunately there isn't an option for this in Reckon One at this stage. I can't think of another workaround besides creating another schedule for the employees who are working more often than others.

    Thanks for that Rav, I’ll just delete them. I was sure I had seen something to this effect over time but clearly not.
