EOFY...Declaration Tab not working

Hi. I get to the EOFY declaration tab, values all good. Enter declaration, name, tick "declare..." box but nothing else shows on my screen. I can't see a "submit" button. It won't let me submit. I have an iphone SE (1st generation). Can you help?

    This may happen if you have display assist settings switched on in your phone eg. Zoom/Magnification/Increased Font Size/Display Accessibility etc.

    Go into your phone settings and switch them off and then reopen the Payroll App it should return to a normal view where you can access the options to proceed.
