Just got a couple of questions about the ReckonOne Package with Essential Plus Payroll

What systems requirements are needed to run the package?

Can we change plans if our needs change?

Are there any other associated cost other than the monthly subscription charge?

What systems requirements are needed to run the package?

Reckon One is a cloud based solution which means that all you really need is an internet browser and a decent internet connection to access the service. We recommend Google Chrome as the preferred browser. There is no local installation on your PC so it makes things very simple and easy in terms of the requirements you need to run it.

Can we change plans if our needs change?

You can change your Reckon One modules at any time. I'll add a help guide which outlines how to customise your modules below -

There are no additional costs for the service.
