Change Mobile phone number for authentication code to be sent to

Can you please advise how I can change the mobile phone number for the authentication code to be sent to when logging in to Reckon Payroll

Hi @NASSecurity

• Head over to https://portal.reckon.com/ and sign in with your Payroll App login credentials
• Click on the 'Profile' icon in the top right corner
• Scroll to the Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) section toward the bottom of the page.
• Revoke the existing MFA. You will need access to the existing phone number designated to the MFA on the account to action this.
• The next time you login to the Payroll App you'll be asked to set a new phone number for your MFA.
