Company file shared

My company has 3 users for reckon.

I shared one of the company files only in my list with other users 2 & 3.

But this time i added myself user 1 to the right side of the sharing list too.

Now, only i can see the folder but it has import error folder inside and no company files, some configuration file with .ini and .qwi.ini is present which cannot be opened.

The other users do not see the company file.

    Hy Rav,

    Thank you, problem has been solved. I called at the given number ad found the solution.

    The file after being shared moves from previous folder and sits in G:/ under said company name with a shortcut icon.

    I had to manually slide page down in G:/ and find the company file with shortcut icon.

    Searching name would not work.
