Re: Quicken Personal Plus 2010 (NZ) - Not Opening
Hi there,
Almost a year ago, I successfully transferred my Quicken 2010 from my old pc to the new one and have been using it with no issues until today...now it wont open and the message box reads:
"This does not appear to be the same computer that your copy of Quicken was originally installed on. You will need to contact Quicken to update your licence details.
Your licence permits you to one installation of Quicken only. You may purchase additional copies from Quicken.
Do you want to do that now?
Yes or No"
Customer service cannot help as they do not support this software any more, so I am hoping that someone in the community can help me solve this issue.
There were some software/driver updates done on my pc, between yesterday when Quicken was working fine and today when it is not, but I wouldn't have a clue if that has caused this problem or not?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
