About to change details

Good afternoon,

You know, every time before we log in the APP, We had to receive a security code by phone then get in, now we need to change the phone number which receive the code, how we should do?

    If you'd like to change the phone number designated for your Multi Factor Authentication codes please follow the steps below -

    • Logout of your Payroll App account
    • Head over to https://portal.reckon.com/ and sign in with your existing Payroll App account login details
    • Once logged in, click on the 'Profile' icon in the top right corner
    • Scroll down to the 'Multi Factor Authentication' section and revoke the existing phone number associated with your MFA


    Once that is done the next time you login to the Payroll App it will ask you to set a new phone number to receive your codes on.
