Hi , My last 2 pay runs ,I have received two error messages trying to submit to STP from Reckon One. The messages are different:

• First time the response message is - "ATO sent the poll response but the service failed to deserialize it."
• Second time the response message is - "Either the ATO is down or Reckon SBR is unavailable."

Are you able to help ???

Hi @Sumtin

These messages mean that the ATO's SBR2 service which handles STP transmissions from all service providers was either down for maintenance or unavailable/experiencing issues at the time of your submission.

You can either send through the submission again OR if you've already lodged a successful submission after these two then your balances have already been updated as STP is reported on a YTD basis only.
