Employee sign in to Reckon Mate

Have invited an employee to Reckon Mate in Payroll app. How does the employee sign in? Using their gmail login password or create a new password to access Reckon Mate, if so how doe they do that?

The employee's email address is a gmail address. So to log in to Reckon Mate, doe they use the password of their gmail address or is there a Reckon Mate specific password that needs to be created somewhere?

They will create an account (including password) after accepting the invitation you've sent.

The email received by the employee is as shown in attachment.

Only asks to to login, does not show a screen for creating an account etc

So how does the employee password for accessing reckon mate get done?
