Last week I sent out links to all the staff to join Reckon Mate if they choose to. How long should it take for the payslips to appear and should the payslips prior to set up of Reckon Mate also appear? At the moment, no payslips are appearing and have completed a pay run. Hi. I have sent a Reckon Mate invitation to one of my employees (myself as a test), however, when I went to download Reckon Mate on my Samsung phone, it says "This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android". Is this correct? Thanks, Kristy.
I have accepted my invitation to Reckon Mate App and once logged into the app, I get the message "No employee access to any books" . How do I rectify this?
