Customer Invoice Search

I have tried to find where to search for a customer's transaction history with balances, best I can find is Reports centre - customers- entering reporting period - selecting "Selected customers" and then Refresh. But then when I want to see the detail of one or more invoices, I can't drill down from this list.

Is there a better way?

I've uploaded a quick screen recording I just made below, is this what you're looking to do? (Click the recording to expand it to a larger view)

If so, you can click to the invoice from the report by clicking the item type eg. 'Invoice', 'Receipt' etc.

Hi Jean, If your version allows - try 'Report Centre' - 'Customer Balance Detail'. When the report opens, you can adjust the dates to suit your needs. Hope this helps!

Thank you RAV, I think this is what the boss wants.

What is confusing is, the the TYPE field isn't highlighted like one expects if it can expand further. This is not the first time I have been caught not realising this.

Thank you for your reply, but not applicable in Reckon One. I see that the path you quote is in Reckon Accounts which I also use.

Yes that's a fair call. I'll get some feedback over to the Reckon One dev team to see if we can make these links a bit more visible/prominent.
