Having issues lodging STP through Reckon portal
This is the error message I am getting today:
ATO Messages
The following error messages have been returned from the ATO and need to be reviewed. You may need to make changes in your accounting product before submitting again.
Error message
- Either the ATO is down or Reckon SBR is unavailable.
However, the ATO is NOT down.
Reckon - is there a problem on your end?

The ATO is currently experiencing an outage which is affecting their ability to accept STP submissions.
However, the ATO is NOT down.
Can you let me know how you confirmed the above?
I'd recommend holding off on sending through your submission at this stage until their services are back online. Further updates will made on the thread below -

Just clarifying I use Reckon Accounts Desktop not Accounts Hosted.

I've successfully lodged a STP via Reckon GovConnect (approx 3.20pm)
