Reckon One - MAJOR REPORTING FAILURE

After reporting with full samples and details, there has not been any contact as to why the corruption is happening when I try to generate an Account Enquiry report in PDF format. There is chaos in the layout and truncation of Account names, totally missing Account Code and Type - A4 Portrait can take up to FOUR PAGES show one entry especially if DETAIL is fully used ( no text wrap within a reasonable field length )

A new user just going live as our NFP F/Y is Jan - Dec - really does not give much confidence at all that the rest of the system any not go the same way !

SOME RESPONSE WOULD BE APPRECIATED
