Reckon Hosted - Bank Feed - OPTION MISSING on preferences?
Hi,
I want to start using the bank feed option however following the video here https://community.reckon.com/discussion/7062148/how-do-i-set-up-bank-feed-in-reckon-hosted it shows an option on the Banking>Company Preferences page that does not exist on my login. I have the "Default APCA Number" box but then nothing under it.
Why is this missing and how do I get it back?

I suggest you try importing the qif file before signing up for the bank "feeds". Its not the productivity gain you might imagine. You can create rules with qif files. Let me know if you need help
