Reckon Hosted - Bank Feed - OPTION MISSING on preferences?

Hi,

I want to start using the bank feed option however following the video here https://community.reckon.com/discussion/7062148/how-do-i-set-up-bank-feed-in-reckon-hosted it shows an option on the Banking>Company Preferences page that does not exist on my login. I have the "Default APCA Number" box but then nothing under it.

Why is this missing and how do I get it back?

Connecting your Reckon Accounts Hosted company file to BankData has been vastly improved and replaced with a new platform called BankData Fast Coding.
