Unable to migrate from STP to reckon payroll

Hi reckon,

Hope you’ve been well.

I would like to migrate from the STP app to reckon payroll app, however I’m coming across an issue where there is no option to migrate.

When I click on “yes, migrate from STP app” it says "This ABN & branch number is already registered". It then gives options to sign in with another account or set up a new business. There is no option to complete the migration.

Can you please help me complete the migration?

@judyly Best to send a personal message to @Rav in Reckon Community support team with your ABN number and confirm whether you have previously migrated to Reckon Payroll app but continued to use STP.
