    Hi Rav

I have a similar problem payroll app. I think I have entered an Incorrect rate very high amount without a decimal point and the app threw me out due to the large number. Please help me. User: [email protected] Company: Zerolfoat Pty Ltd. Thanks.

    Hi @zerofloat

Can you do me a favour and just close your app down fully ie. swipe it away from any other running apps on your phone. Once that is done reopen it after about 30 seconds and then check if the same behaviour continues.

If it does, then logout of your Payroll App account fully (use the 'Logout' option under the Settings option) then close the app again fully as above. Reopen and then check if your pay run screen loads properly.

Finally, ensure that you're on the latest version of the Payroll App currently 2.19.74, check your app store for any app updates that are available in case you're on an older version.

If you still don't have any joy after doing the above let me know.

Thanks for getting back to me. Ok I'm guessing there must have been something to do with that value that has made the app a tad upset.

I may have to get my app devs to cast their eye over this but before that can you shoot me a few details first -

    • ABN that you've registered to your Payroll App account
    • Check if any other screens are also failing to load eg. Employees, Company, Settings etc.
    • Your iPhone model eg. iPhone 13 Pro Max AND the version of iOS its running (found in main Settings menu)
    • If you can recall what you entered just prior to this happening this would be good too eg. the value you entered in error and where it was entered eg. Ordinary earnings, tax, super, allowance etc.

If you'd rather feel free to Private Message me the above.
