Detailed leave report
Desperately need a full detailed leave accrual and taken report from Reckon One....
Please tell me this is available, I have to prove to client when employee took leave and what has been accruing each week. He is jumping up and down at the amount he has to pay on termination..
All I can find is a summary and you can't drill into each employee to get the full details?????????
If this isn't available then it is urgent it needs to be done, it is a critical part of payroll, especially if you have to go back and fix someone's work who set it up wrong.

Hi @Kwikbooks (Professional Partner)
Have you had a look at the Payroll Detail report? From the sounds of it it might have the detail you're looking for.
See example from the test I just ran below.
Generate the report then use the filter options to select the employee(s) and date range. It will show you the pay runs the employee was part of along with the leave items and dates.

Hi rav
I am aware of this report & it isn't helpful.
I need a leave summary in detail that shows the leave accrued each week & the hrs taken

If I were you I would use this report, although it is a little cumbersome without the ability to customise by employee, you can at least set the dates but you will have to scroll through. This will give you the amount of leave taken. Then I would work out the total leave that should have accrued e.g. 4 weeks per year. 152 or 160 depending on weekly hours worked, manually and go from there. You could use this report also for hours worked if not a standard amount, but again there’s a lot of manual extraction to do weekly

I too would like a report of "leave taken". We are considering moving over to Reckon One from Payroll Premier and this could be a deal breaker. It is definitely a report that is useful and something that Reckon should look into writing if there isn't already one that doesn't have to be manually calculated.

We used Payroll Premier previously and were used to being able to put up and customise all sorts of reports. Now using Reckon One Payroll and it is very basic and restrictive. I definitely think the reporting function needs to be improved and allow for more specialised and customised reporting. Why should we have to look through pages and pages of info just to get what we could on one page with a specialised/customised report?
