When I upload the stp file to govconnect, it says 'Success' but then nothing happens.

    Hi @Irene Gianatti

    Based on your screenshot it looks like you're selecting the Hosted option in GovConnect to upload your STP file to which is the first thing to check so that's good.

    Have you ever submitted STP for this entity via Hosted before or is this your first attempt?

    The other thing I'd recommend checking is the GST branch number that your STP entity in GovConnect has been setup with and whether your company file in Reckon Accounts Hosted also has that same branch number set in the 'Company Information' section.

    Example below -

    You'll see that my STP entity below has been registered with my GST branch of 778 in GovConnect.

    And importantly, I have the same branch number listed in my Company Information section within Reckon Accounts Hosted.

    Yes this is my first time submitting an STP. I have the GST branch in both places.

    Ok in that case, the other thing to confirm is what sort of STP file has been created IN Hosted along with which upload option has been selected in GovConnect ie. has your STP file been created as just a new normal pay run submission or has it been created as an Update Event or Full File Replacement and following on from that, which option are you selecting in GovConnect at the stage pictured below.

    Alright and you're 100% selecting the Reckon Accounts Hosted option in GovConnect to upload your STP file to right?
