Hi @Khuldoon
I've had a look at the ABN and I can see that its already been registered to our GovConnect service. There are actually two registrations of it, one for GST branch 1 and another for GST branch 2.
To access the STP entity for this ABN you'll need to login to the existing account that its been setup under.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year everyone! π π
I'm on leave from 23 December and back on deck again January 6th.

Thank you for the Quick Response. The ID it was set up under is no longer in use as the staff has left us. How do I remove the registration from that ID?

There are two registrations, one under branch 1 and the other under branch 2.
Which is the one that you're trying to gain access to? ie. which GST branch is associated with your ABN in reality?

ABN is associated with Branch 002 as per the ATO portal. The ID I want to remove is shagufa@ajservices.com.au.

Right ok thanks for that.
If you're looking to change the ownership of the STP entity that has been registered then the process is that the owner of the ABN can get in touch with our support team and request for the STP entity to be transferred to a different account with a signed statutory declaration. Along with the stat dec the request must set out the reasons why the change is needed.
Statutory declaration forms can be found on the Australian Government Attorney-General's Department websiteΒ here.
The declaration needs to include the following
- If you are making the declaration on behalf of the company it must state that you are duly authorized.
- Outlining why a change needs to be made.
- Include the following line at the end of the statutory declaration: I understand that a person who intentionally makes a false statement in a statutory declaration is guilty of an offence under section 11 of theΒ Statutory Declarations Act 1959,Β and I believe that the statements in this declaration are true in every particular.
- Signed by the person making the declaration
- Signed by a JP
