Pay run

Hi

I am new in using Reckon. I am trying to do a pay run, but after adding the pay run, there is no employ names is the run. I have added employees.

    Can I just confirm which Reckon software you are using. This post has been created in the Reckon One category but I just want to make sure that is the product/software you're using.
