Reckon Accounts 2016 only a blank screen

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

I have been using Reckon Accounts 2016 for many years. Today when I tried to use it, it only gives a ring tone, then flashes, and then disappears. I am using Windows 10. I can see the window is empty. What can I do?

    Open your Task Manager and check if there are any Reckon Accounts processes running in the background, if there are select them then click 'End Task'.

    Attempt to launch the software from the Start Menu (not a shortcut icon)

    Have you restarted your PC just to check if there is any change after that?

    I got it to work so problem over.
