**RESOLVED ** Reckon Payroll App - Performance issue (27 June)


**This issue is resolved. Please see updates at the bottom of the thread.**
Hi everyone,
We're currently investigating performance issues affecting the Reckon Payroll App.
Initial reports show impact to both the mobile app and also the web access to the Payroll App. You may encounter the below errors when attempting to access your account or other features in-app or via web respectively at the moment.
Sincere apologies for the inconvenience this is causing at the moment, we've got our teams working on this as we speak to have services back online as quick as we can.

Our teams have identified the cause of this and are working toward implementing a solution as we speak. We should see services start to stabilise over course of the next few minutes.

Hi folks,
This is now resolved and Payroll App performance is back to normal.
If you encounter any issues following this, please close down your app in full and swipe it away from any other running apps on your phone. Reopen it and log back in and you should able to access the app as you normally do.
