Can't 'SEND FORMS' after update?

Just updated my reckon accounts desktop and now I am unable to send payslips or invoices? I have gone thru the customised desktop and all the info is still correct. Tried a different email and same thing.

If the send forms window is blank ie. not showing any emails to send then unfortunately it sounds like you may have a corrupt email in the list which is then preventing the list from populating. We've got a step by step guide on how to clear this which I'll link below -

Hi, everything is showing up, payslips, invoices to send etc but saying email is incorrect password or incorrect email address which isn't the case.
Only happened after update.

Now all of a sudden its back working again!
