'Something went wrong' error message

When I log in to the Payroll app I get a 'Something went wrong. We can't complete your request. Reload the page or log out if the issue persists.' I have tried relogging in multiple times but can't get in.

Have you been able to successfully login to the Payroll App on previous occasions or is this the first time you're attempting to do so?
If its the latter, are you opting to migrate data from an old Reckon STP app account?
What is the ABN that you've registered to your app account?

Hi Rav, I have used it many times before but I was logged out for some reason. I changed over to the current app over 12 months ago and haven’t had to manually migrate any data to date. Our ABN is 77122795652.

After checking out the account using the ABN that you've provided, I think I may see the cause of the problem but I need to confirm, are you logging into the Payroll App with the correct email address? I can see that your Payroll App account is registered under a particular email address which is different to the email address that your Community account is under.
I can see there is also an account under the email address that you've used for your Community account but that doesn't have the Payroll App registration under it.
Sorry to be cryptic, I can't disclose email addresses for accounts on the public site here so hopefully you know what I'm getting at but let me know if not 😊
