STP Comming up as Success but not showing in list

Hi I have this problem with one company file

The STP file loads and shows as 'Success' but not givong me the option to sign or showing in the list below. I fear it has not been fully processed by the system. The list is completley blank.

Please Note this is with Reckon Hosted, ignore the other boxes as I was fiddling around

Hi @Pauline_SP

Ok so just to confirm, you're using Reckon Accounts Hosted and are creating the STP file in that correct?

If so, has the STP file been created as just a 'normal' pay run or an update event, EOFY finalisation, full file replacement etc in the software? And following on from that, was the relevant upload option selected in GovConnect for that type of STP file?

Also, does this company file have the correct ABN and/or GST branch number listed in the 'Company Information' section in Hosted AND does that match with the ABN and branch number that the STP entity has been setup with?

For example, you'll see that my STP entity below has been registered with my GST branch of 778 in GovConnect.

And importantly, I have the same ABN and branch number listed in my 'Company Information' section within Reckon Accounts Hosted
