Error on STP file

Hi All
Have been using the Reckon One Payroll for a few years now with no problems, but in the last weeks every time I send STP to ATO I have been getting an error message instead of success as before
Error message is
- The value specified for an item does not match the item type (value = "", item type = String, uniqueID = http://www.sbr.gov.au/ato/payevntemp:PostcodeT) Hint: The Pattern constraint failed.
If anyone has had the same or can help in anyway wouild be much appreciated

Hi Karen,
That error message looks to show that a postcode hasn't been entered in the Postcode field in either an employee and/or the company details in Reckon One.
Have you recently added a new employee that may be missing this detail in their profile?

cannot belive something so simple could put a stop on a file
ATO getting very picky
