Change from being a sole trader to a company

Hi, I am thinking of changing my business from a sole trader to a company, I currently use Reckon one for payroll only, has anyone done this? If so, were you required to purchase another subscription or keep the same one? I am just worried as it is only just the start of the financial year and looking at my expenses.

You can change the entity type and other details in your Reckon One book settings. I'll add a screenshot below as an example -
