Good Afternoon everyone

The client's bank was out of balance

Tech support had him unreconcile the bank almost completely.

This isnt necessary if you understand the process.

To make matters far worse, the tech support never mentioned a backup prior to unreconciling.

Can the team leader address this? Call me if you wish to discuss
