Unable to open Saved reports

When I try to open a saved report I get constant errors and many different error codes 6986 being one of them. The system sends reports to Reckon but I have had no help and getting very frustrated. I'm trying to do my yearly tax and I am unable to due to reports not opening so I can send them to my accountant. I can open really old reports and then I change the date range. When I try to reopen it after the date change it crashes again

Ive always been happy with reckon but my liking of the program is disappearing very quickly.

Hi @Helencl

If your file name is more than 8 characters in length currently then I'd recommend shortening it to something less than 8 characters. Confirm if the behaviour continues after this.
