Super clearing house

I have received instructions from a superfund clearing house about setting up STP with them, I’m guessing to eliminating the need to submit a monthly/quarterly report. Is this part of STP2 that is coming or something I should do now?

    I think I might need to get a bit more info so I can ask this to our product teams. Is the messaging from the clearing house stating to setup STP for the purposes of the your regular submissions themselves?

    Yes I had some PDF's that didn’t seem to say much, but starts on 17/12, but when I logged into Australian Super there's a Setup button that requires some input, one of which is the bank details. I understand it to mean that the weekly figures will go to the clearing house with the normal STP instead of having to lodge a monthly report, and it looks like that might be taking the money out automatically (not 100% sure though just yet), but was wondering if this is something STP2 is incorporating

    Hi Kris

    I've had a chat about this with a colleague and while we can't 100% accurately advise, it doesn't seem to be related to Single Touch Payroll from what we've observed, but rather superstream. It might be worth touching base with the clearing house though just to get full confirmation on what they're asking you to do/register for etc.

    As Rav said, I think this is relating to the importing of a csv/SAFF file for SuperStream.

    It's been an available option in RA/RAH for several years - via the Super Data Report under the Employee dropdown menu - & I know some people do use it but I think it requires specific field mapping & I've not been able to get it to work whenever I've tried to upload it 😖
