Pay slip

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to sent pay slips to an employee but I have been waiting and re-starting the page since its froze.

Can someone please assist me.

    Hi @BCFC

    There might be a prompt or window open in the background that is awaiting action.

    Try pressing Alt and Page Down or Alt and Page Up buttons to bring any windows in the background to the foreground to see if that's the case.

    I have the same problem! The window open says "Switch to" or "Retry" but neither option works, and then Reckon gets stuck in this loop of wanting you to choose "Switch to"/"Retry" and won't do anything else until you force quit. Please help!

    Success! Disabling the "preview" function and re-starting a few times has appeared to solve the freezing problem.
