How do I set up a Bank Feed in Reckon Hosted to CBA account

Question

Just called CBA (Commbiz section) and they mentioned something about a form that we need to fill out. Where do I find the form and what happens after?

Thanks so much Rav. I followed the instructions and got to the bit where the tile was created, but am having trouble linking the fastcoding user to the Reckon Hosted file - it keeps saying

What did I miss?

And at what time do the forms come in?
