How can we download a report form the App?

in Reckon Payroll App & Web

Our accountant is wanting the payroll details for the 2021-2022 financial year and I could not access any reports on the free app, so I had to upgrade to the premium version to obtain any reports which was pointless for us as we no longer have staff. There doesn't seem to be any option to download, save or print any reports. Can you please assist? Thanks.

    Hi @SignSculpt

    I'd recommend that you head over to the web access for your Payroll App account at https://payroll.reckon.com/ and login.

    Once you're in, you'll be able to access the usual features/functionality of your account including reports. You can export or print selected reports from here as well (example below).
