Reckon Accounts Hosted API - Authentication request is showing an unexpected error (but no details)

Hey,

When I'm attempting to start the Oath2.0 request, via the /authoize endpoint, all I get is:

"There was an unexpected error"

The Request Id is: 112a959b-6e27-4313-b02a-84ac640060de

Any information on what I'm doing wrong?

I can provide the request if necessary, but it's done via the postman collection (and via the documentation example), so I'm assuming it's more related to my account?
