Hoping for some help. It is years since I set up my Reckon Govconnect. Back when it first came out I fumbled my way through it. I have been the only user this whole time. I am going on annual leave and need to set up someone else to use it while I am away. I am not sure I have done this correctly. Under Staff /portal role permissions I added her name, email and required details. I wanted to find out though what happens when the MFA box pops up. I assume it would go to my mobile number. Can we have two mobile numbers. Alternatively is there a better way to set up two users or possibly three users.
