Transactions Attachments/ Reckon Personal Plus
Transactions attachments can be attached, however, cannot be viewed.
Example: attaching a dividend PDF payment from file - this never shows the document and can't be opened.
This problem has been happening for the last 3 years.
We continue to update each and every year. Current version 2022

What is happening specifically when you attempt to view the attachment?
I've just tried it on Personal Plus 2022 and its working normally as far as I can tell. I'll add a screen recording below as an example where a PDF attached to a transaction opens for viewing. I can then use the other functions eg. export, delete etc.

This is my first time here after using Quicken/Reckon Personal for over 20 years.
I am having a similar problem to Terry, above.
If I want to attach a pdf to my transaction I can only do it by scanning a printed document.
If I try to attach a PDF file it may attach, but then I cannot view it straight away and I have had instances where the file has loaded but then an error message shows saying that the issue is being reported to Reckon, then the program shuts down!
When I re-open the program I can see that the file is attached but I can only open those that I have scanned and not the PDF files that I have attached.
HELP!
