Login issues

Trying to log in to finalize end of year pay roll runs. The log in stops once the business has been identified and I can't procced any futher.

    Hi @BaRRy_578

    Have you been using the Payroll App to create pay runs and send STP submissions throughout the course of the financial year OR are you a new user logging in for the very first time?

    The reason I ask is, it sounds like you're currently receiving the ABN already registered message which appears if you're logging into the app using a different account (email address) than what the ABN was previously registered under.

    What is the ABN in question here?
