Trying to share manage shared folder access and there are only blank fields coming up, what is the issue please and when will it be fixed?

Did you "Share" the file first ?:

Its been shared previously, we have many reckon companies that I regularly share with new users, and none of them are coming up to share. Normally when I manage share folders, all of the companies I have access to come up and I can select add another user on if they do not have access to the particular company file. Nothing is coming up to share at all. thanks Sue

Are you logged in as the Administrator user ?
I'd recommend giving our Hosted support team a call on 1300 799 150 so we can have a technician take a look at this a bit closer and ensure the share has been made successfully & is active.
