Fast Coding has stopped working with Bank Data

In my Reckon Accounts Hosted, I use the Bank Data import function, and the Fast Coding function. I have used this for a few years, and now suddenly my fast coding has stopped working. When I try to sync the transactions it fails, and keeps telling me to retry failed transactions. My bank rules that I have set are still appearing, but not the fast coding. Everything appears to be the same as before. I have re-entered the details in the Bank Data-Fast Coding setup, and it tells me that this file path already exists. Any advice would be appreciated. I do not want to have to enter over 500 transactions manually...

Sorry to hear you've had some issues with the Fast Coding functionality. I think the best thing would be to give our technical support team a call on 1300 799 150 in the morning so a technician can investigate this more closely.
