Reckon 2021 Files

Question

Hi Team,

i changed 2023 version and  restore june2022 backfile to reckon due to take some print out of the client receipts, but when i restore its asking to accept the new version , if i accept i cant see the older dates  files,

please help me to take a client payment information from 2021-2022.

All of your data from 2022 should be exactly the same in 2023

I'm not sure I fully understand, are you saying you have a Reckon Accounts company file from an older version that you need to open the current 2023 version?

If so, then yes as part of that the file will be upgraded so that it can open in the 2023 edition. Once that is done, it cannot be opened in older versions of Reckon Accounts.

With that said, you could make a copy of the old company file and use that copy to open in the 2023 version rather than the original.
