Hi @Frontline
It looks like that error message is showing there is space at the end of that specific post code. You'll notice how there is a space before the ending quotation -
I'd recommend going into the employee profile(s) who has this specific post code and edit that to remove the space.
Once that is done, recreate the STP file and send it through GovConnect as normal.

Thanks Rav.
We don't have a postcode with this number but we do have phone numbers that include this number. We have removed the numbers from the employees and replaced them with mobile phone numbers and we're still getting the error code.
The business phone number also inlcudes 5964, could it be somewhere in the STP/Employer setup?

Hi @Frontline
The error message refers to the Postcode so I'm not sure if the phone number fields are related to this. If you've made changes to the phone number fields, just ensure that each employee has a valid phone number in their profile along with their full address details (including Postcode).
However you do make a good point in regard to it potentially being somewhere else. Check that your Company Information details in Reckon Accounts (Company ➡ Company Information) is valid and correct. Review the Postcode field there as well and ensure that it only has 4 digits without any spaces before or after the number.

Hi Rav,
Thanks. I ended up sorting it out. There was a problem with the way the Postcode was reported in the Company information. The phone number for the business was in the postcode field.
All sorted and lodging successfully now.
Thanks for your time.
