I have PAYG Payment Summaries for 2 staff members with Zero in Gross Payments but the Payroll Summary Report and STP are showing the correct information.

The old Payment Summaries are no longer able to be used as they're not STP2-compatible. This is because they can only show gross earnings mapped to Gross Payments, not the new disaggregation Tax Tracking categories 😬

    Hi @MelRedwin

STP Phase 2 has introduced additional reporting requirements specifically around theΒ Disaggregation of Gross.

These new reporting requirements weren't part of the old Payment Summary (or EMPDUPE) lodgement process, therefore, if you view the Payment Summary for a financial year that contains one or more STP Phase 2 lodgements, you will find the amounts don't match.

This is for 22/23 using STP1 so I don't understand why they aren't correct.

Are you still using the 2022 program ? If you've upgraded to 2023, it's only STP-2 compatible so even if you've not done the STP2 migration yet, the Payment Summaries may still be inaccurate.

If you're still on 2022, are there specific Payroll Items on these 2 employees that are specific or different to other employees ?

Check the configurations of these as the Payment Summary "Gross payments" label will only pick up those mapped specifically to that Tax Tracking Type:
