I have lost my phone and now cannot login to my account as it keeps asking me for a code. I do not recollect creating a pin either. Please help

MFA is an ATO mandated requirement for Single Touch Payroll so if you have access to a Reckon One book with payroll then you'll need to have MFA.
If you've lost your phone and haven't retained your recovery PIN, then please give our technical support team a call on 1300 756 663 and a technician can arrange to revoke the existing MFA enabled on your account after a security check.
