Reckon payroll subscription

Hi Rav,

I have received an email from Apple saying that my next subscription renewal in September is for $9.99 but I have a trial subscription for $4.99 each month until March next year. Do I need to contact Apple in regards to this issue or is it an issue on Reckons end. Thanks Claudia

    Hi @ClaudiaR

    This sounds a bit strange, have there been any changes with either your Reckon Payroll App plan or the payment method you have assigned in your Apple App Store recently?

    Did the email from Apple provide a reason as to why the subscription price is being changed to the full price even though you're on a promo period at the moment?

    Hi Rav, I have made absolutely no changes in my Reckon payroll app plan or payment method. There was no reason why the subscription price changed to the full amount. I have contacted Reckon chat support and they have escalated this issue to the payments team. Iā€™m now just waiting to hear back from them. Thanks
