    I'm having issues importing from timesheets.

    My timesheets are showing as approved with no missing data but cannot be recognized by payroll?

    Hi @Gabrielle Foodey

    Can you let me know what is happening specifically in Reckon Payroll when you try to create your pay run from timesheet info?

    Is there an error message appearing? If so, what is it?

    When creating the pay run in Reckon Payroll, are you selecting the option to use timesheet data? Example screenshot below

    It says no timesheet data available and I have confirmed the timesheets are the correct dates and are approved.

    I am having a similar problem with Reckon One timesheets, and their inability to import to Payroll (following Payroll upgrade): I get the same error.

    How do I confirm / approve timesheets oN Reckon One? Can I give access to all staff timesheets to my HR manager?

    I worked it out....

    1. Timesheets MUST have APPROVAL required in Settings, else they cannot be imported.
    2. Timesheets are CREATED, then SUBMITTED (by selecting tickboxes to access SUBMIT buttton - by either Employee or HR), then APPROVED (by a Payroll authorised user / HR).

    The HR manager settings were not available as a default "Payroll" user setting as suggested by YT video tutorial, but can be resolved with some trial and error.
