Migration conversion from Payroll Premier 2023 to STP 2

On 31st August I was booked in for an appointment to install the migration. I was contacted by the Reckon Technical Support representative, he was very helpful, but after trying to install the conversion the same issues came up three times, not allowing us to perform the conversion.

Has anybody else had these problems?

    Has our team been in touch following these previous attempts at performing your upgrade to Reckon Payroll? Is this being looked into at the moment?
