Reckon One upgrade - Payroll App - MFA Mobile number request query

Hi

I have just downloaded the reckon app so that I can do STP2 payroll on my mobile phone. My reckon one book has been upgraded to the new STP2 and is working great.

I now want to do payroll on my phone using the app and I have logged in using my same username and password as I use on my PC at home ... but, it asks me for MFA and for me to input my mobile number...no code comes through to my mobile when I enter it in. When I log into my PC I use a google authenticator as MFA and have never used my mobile for MFA??? What do I do now to get the app to work please?

The app version is 6.4.3 if that helps at all??? Thanks

Awesome to hear you've made the upgrade to Reckon Payroll from your Reckon One book! 😊

Don't worry, it doesn't sound like you're doing anything wrong. The Reckon Payroll App (and the Reckon Mate app) will become available for our upgrading Reckon One users a little later this month. We're just putting the finishing touches on those mobile apps for our customers who are upgrading from Reckon One and we'll have announcements here on Community as soon as they're ready 😀
