Migrate from Xero to Reckon - Process

I am seeking guidance on migrating from Xero to Reckon. Could someone please provide me with the necessary steps to transfer my company data from Xero to Reckon? I am hoping to avoid starting my company file from scratch and also wish to retain the company file structure that was set up in Xero. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
