    You can only setup MFA after you logging into the portal. However, the MFA already appeared before I can logging to the portal. So I cant setup the MFA as I cant even logging the portal

    Hi @ntft88

    It sounds like you've already had MFA setup on your account previously. MFA will now appear immediately after logging in as opposed to when accessing GovConnect.

    Have you managed to get this sorted?

    I called yesterday to revoke the MFA, as I never setup up before. I just try to sign in and it still show the MFA code require.

    Hi Rav, can you please help me with my case? It has been two weeks since I called helpline and I still have no access to my portal. I asked twice to revoke the MFA and it is still showing up. Thank you
