You can only setup MFA after you logging into the portal. However, the MFA already appeared before I can logging to the portal. So I cant setup the MFA as I cant even logging the portal

I called yesterday to revoke the MFA, as I never setup up before. I just try to sign in and it still show the MFA code require.

Hi Rav, can you please help me with my case? It has been two weeks since I called helpline and I still have no access to my portal. I asked twice to revoke the MFA and it is still showing up. Thank you
